The Dubai Metro is a marvel of modern technology: driverless trains, futuristic station design and stunning views from the first car.
Most of the metro routes pass above the ground, it is especially interesting to observe the city between the Burj Khalifa, Financial Center and Emirates Towers stations. Artificial islands

You can get to the trunk of a palm tree by walking from Dubai Internet City or Nakheel metro stations.
But you can get to the crescent by a bridge on a monorail, the first station of which is located at the very base. There is another option to drive through the underwater tunnel by car. You can also get to the crescent moon on free shuttle buses that depart from many large shopping centers, for example, from the Dubai Marina Mall and the Mall of the Emirates, but you need to be prepared for the fact that the driver will ask you to show the keys from the hotel, located on the crescent of a palm tree.
The crescent offers a panoramic view of Dubai, the obvious dominant of which is the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. Artificial reservoirs
Artificial lakes and canals are another Dubai attraction straight from the future. Dozens of skyscrapers and even an artificial island are not as surprising as the giant Dubai Fountain Pond with an area of more than 120,000 square meters in the very center of the city. Equally delightful is the Dubai Marina Canal – a man-made navigation channel in the midst of skyscrapers, located in the Dubai Marina area. It is used for mooring yachts by wealthy residents of the city. You can walk along the promenade for free. The most convenient way to get there is from the DMCC or DAMAC Properties metro stations.
Malls the size of a city
Shopping malls in Dubai deserve special attention. These giants are comparable in scale to small cities.
The most impressive mall in the city is The Dubai Mall. Its total area is over 1 million square meters.
